You know who’s the most underrated Squiddle of all time?

Soonki. 

She was only in TWO EPISODES (plus flashbacks), and I think that’s monstrously unfair. She had better character development than Kiwimari and Bimblob, and they’ve been around for literally the entire show. 

She’s supposed to be ‘ugly’, but come on. She’s adorabubble. And she’s tangled with both Plumbthroat and Berryboo, which means she’s gotta be pretty intelligent and trustworthy. Additionally, she apparently ‘got sick of [Plumbthroat’s] nonsense’, thus ending their tangleship, which makes her an excellent judge of character in my book.

She was ostracized throughout her youth, but instead of becoming a typical villain, she harbours no animosity whatsoever and treats everyone lovingly, so that nobody else is ever hurt. You can see how much this worldview softened Berryboo, and Berry, in turn, helped Soonki to stand up for herself. Tangle-OTP right there. Additionally, Berry uninvited Plumbthroat from her party JUST for Soonki’s sake, and put her powers of social manipulation to use for someone other than herself, which is something really rare.

And she goes by Ki for short, which is just so cute. C’mon.
